Refund Policy
KidsVentura provides digital family travel content, AI-assisted itineraries, and community-driven Q&A. This policy explains when a refund or credit restoration may be available.
Hotel recommendations on KidsVentura are curated editorial suggestions intended to help families plan trips. They are not exhaustive, and availability, pricing, amenities, ratings, and suitability may change at any time. We do not guarantee that any hotel will be available, appropriate, or free from issues, and users should verify all booking details directly before making a reservation.
Digital Services And Credits
Credits and paid access are used to generate digital itineraries or unlock service features. Once a credit has been successfully used to generate content or access a service, it is normally treated as consumed.
When We May Help
If you experience a technical error, duplicate charge, failed generation, or other platform issue, contact us promptly. Where appropriate, we may restore credits, retry the request, or review a refund case.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, KidsVentura, its owner, experts, moderators, and contributors are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from reliance on content, failed travel decisions, or the use of paid or free digital content without independent verification.
When Refunds Are Usually Not Available
We generally do not provide refunds for content or services that were successfully delivered, used, or accessed. We also do not refund purchases simply because the traveler changed plans, preferred a different itinerary, or disagreed with travel advice.
Important Notes
- Travel advice is informational and may not fit every family.
- Availability, attractions, and prices can change without notice.
- Users should verify important trip details themselves before booking or travel.
- Payment provider rules or local law may require different handling in some cases.
How To Request Review
Please email hello@kidsventura.com with your account email, the date of the issue, and a short description of what happened. We will review the case and respond as soon as we can.
